Did you know that the Energy Retrofit is a multi phased project and that the completed Gym has already achieved 89,877 kWh Annual Energy Savings* and received a $23,810 Okanogan PUD Incentive Payment for those upgrades?!

Methow Valley Community Center achieves significant energy savings! 89,877 kWh Annual Energy Savings and $23,810 Okanogan PUD Incentive Payment.
As part of a multiphase retrofit, the Community Center completed building upgrades focused on insulation and HVAC improvements. This enhanced comfort, indoor air quality, and overall building performance while preserving the historic structure.
Built in 1912, the Community Center is a historic and vital hub that has served the community for nearly 50 years! Approximately 35,000 visits are made to the center annually.
