We are a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to provide vital support and continue our tradition as the pride of Midtown! The Edison School Foundation was incorporated in the state of Oklahoma in 1994 as a public non-profit organization and was granted 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service. The focus of our board is funding excellence in academics, athletics, and culture at Edison S
chool. We consider grant proposals for classroom curriculum, educational supplies, continuing education for faculty, department needs, support for athletics and clubs, as well as physical improvements to our campus. Grants are issued based on a submitted request and then measured against a rubric that helps insure that our monies are have the greatest effect to the most students. We do welcome designated donor gifts from alumni and community supporters. These gifts enable donors to make a restricted tax-deductible donation to the Edison departments of their choice. The efforts of this Foundation are vital to continuing the Edison values of truth, honor, loyalty and the legacy of Edison Prep.
