Feeding your baby can be beautiful, exhausting, empowering, frustrating, and overwhelming—sometimes all in the same day.

At Baby Café, there’s no need to pretend you’re doing great if you’re not. We’re here for the real answers.

We’re offering scholarships for a Certified Lactation Educator Training taking place July 24–26 in Troy, NY.

Whether you’re a doula, nurse, childbirth educator, social worker, peer counselor, community health worker, or someone passionate about supporting families, this training will provide evidence-based education and practical skills to help parents meet their infant feeding goals.

By investing in local lactation support, we’re building stronger systems of care for families across the Capital Region.

Huge congratulations to the team at ’s Wellness Way for their commitment to supporting lactating employees and earning the Breastfeeding Friendly Worksite designation! 👏🏼

This designation recognizes Capital Region worksites that go above and beyond labor law requirements by providing employees with dedicated time and space to pump at work.

Thanks to support from New York State, we’re able to help employers create functional, welcoming lactation spaces and provide training and guidance to better support their teams.
