When we asked Josue what her favorite scripture was, she responded with Isaiah 41:10, which reads, “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.”

What a beautiful reminder that we never have to face life alone. ❤️ We are so thankful for the faith growing in Josue’s heart and for the opportunity to watch her grow, learn, and become the young woman God has created her to be.

Please continue to pray for Josue and all of our kids at KKH as they grow in their faith and discover the plans God has for their lives. 🙏🏼

🎓 We are SO proud of Dalinchy, who graduated high school this past June!

For years, Dalinchy has been supported by sponsors who have faithfully prayed for her, encouraged her, and believed in her. We are so incredibly thankful for each person who has invested in her life. She could not have made it this far without you! ❤️

Now, Dalinchy is stepping into an exciting new chapter. This fall, she plans to attend college and pursue a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance! 📚

We see the problem in Guatemala. We see the needs of children, and that is what’s behind our why in starting Rooted Girls Home. ❤️

We believe every child deserves to be safe, loved, cared for, and given the opportunity to thrive. Rooted was born out of a desire to step into the need we see and be part of what God is doing in Guatemala.

Join us in prayer this month as we ask God to provide every need to launch Rooted Girls Home. Pray for the children who will one day call Rooted home, for the resources we need, and for God to open every door necessary to make this vision a reality.
