The Exchange Club of Trenton MI celebrated its 99th anniversary last night. Little did I know when joining XCT back in he '90s that we share the same birthday. The club helped me celebrate my birthday last night.

Exchange Club of Trenton installation of officers and Eagle Scout recognition at Celly's.
MDEC immediate Past President Don Spencer installed new President Marge Sharlow and her team for the year. MDEC President Stacee Martin was a surprise but very welcome guest. Melda Ira Neubauer presented Eagle Scout recognition. One if the first program of service was being the charter organization for the boy s out Troup that is now 1721 B. 99 years of partnership.

Our Club has provided a Memorial Day American history lesson and a flag display to honor those who have served. I wonder how many "Michiganders" know what year Michigan became a state?

Parade of umbrellas. Exchange Club of Trenton lined up the Trenton Memorial Day Parade in less than perfect weather. Many people came out in spite of the weather to honor those who have given all so we may live free.

Against Child Abuse, to continue to help at the 10th Anniversary Blue Ribbon Run October 11. The Detroit and Downriver Exchange Clubs were participating in the Mending the Safety Net Expo with 100+ other vendors at WCCC.
