MORE CONCESSION VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED THIS WEEK!

Additional volunteer slots are added throughout the season. For those still looking for a slot, please check often for updates! A new sign up will be added for July as well. As always, please read the sign up description at the top to understand cancelations/changes. If your a lot is canceled, you will be notified via the email you sign up with.

Tomorrow is Opening Day! Quick reminders:
- All RBSA teams (tball through 15U) and Raiders teams are welcome and encouraged to walk in the parade. This is an awesome community event and we want to let all the kids have fun! You’re welcome to throw candy. 🍭

-parade line up at Memorial between 8:45-9am. Teams please gather by division and stay together so we can depart on time at 9:15!

- follow the picture schedule exactly. When you arrive at your time, please have your photo form complete and ready to go. Everyone needs to check in at the table whether you purchase or not. All players (tball to 15u) must be photographed regardless of purchase. No make ups are available. Photos 📸will be taken in the EPI trailer parked in the gravel lot adjacent to Carr 1.

-bounce houses and concessions are not open until AFTER the ceremony. Follow signs and do not allow your child to break the rules.

-face painting will not begin until 10:30 am and will be under the pavilion 🤡

-all volunteers must sign in to the binder at the concession stand. There are orange vests in there for field crew. Do not leave your post. No shows will forfeit their volunteer deposit. Anyone who cancels their slot this late will also lose their deposit (see description in sign up genius).

-concessions are CASH 💵 only

- parade route is pictured and will follow Colvin until they arrive at Carr 1 for the ceremony

COACHES-
LAST NIGHT FOR UNIFORM PICK UP IS TONIGHT 6:30-7:30pm

Do not send individuals to get their own jerseys. If we have 400 parents swarming the concession stand it will not be productive. Send ONE coach to get the bundle, and make plans with your team to meet up somewhere away from the concession stand and distribute them at that time.

We will also have the bucket out for raffle tickets to be turned in.
