It’s been two weeks since we hosted “¡Una Vez Más!” and damn, we’re still riding that high.
The evening wasn’t just an encore performance of “S’Will” it was something much bigger: a full-on celebration of community. A celebration of our Latine community. A few hours of joyful resistance, laughter, and connection that reminded us exactly why we do this work.
We’re so grateful to everyone who made the night what it was. To our venue partners at St. Dulce: thank you for holding such a vibrant, safe, and inclusive space for our community to gather and create. To artist José Soria, whose solo exhibit “Nopales y Néctar” set the tone for the evening: thank you for sharing your work and being in the room with us. To our incredible vendors, BB’s Gelateria and Judging by the Cover, thanks for bringing flavor and stories into the space all night long. To DJ4AM: thank you for keeping the energy up and the vibes exactly right all night. Thank you to our generous sponsors who helped make this celebration possible.
And of course, to our cast, crew, and volunteers; your talent, care, and hustle made the whole night what it was. We love you all and we’re so lucky to get foolish with you weirdos.
Finally, to our community: thank you for showing up. For filling the room. For believing in what we do. We love making art for you, and we can’t wait to keep going.
Stay tuned! Something exciting is coming April 1. And no, it’s not a joke. 😉
