Manatee of the month for August 2023 is Trish Orr. She’s brought a ray of sunshine to the pool each morning for over a year. In addition to swimming she is in the middle of learning a new skill and expanding her mind and body with yoga teacher training. She is a fierce supporter of her students she works with at Clovis Unified and a super mom of two lovely young ladies. Thank you Trish for being a member of the FAMM!

Tim Ledford is our July Manatee of the month. He has been swimming with us for about a year and a half but he’s been in a pool most of his life. It’s great having him as a manatee. He shows up early and helps pull in the lane lines, makes sure the showers are hot and takes a count of the number of swimmers each day. Thanks for your dedication and being a member of the FAMM Tim

A few weeks ago we celebrated one of our swimmers - Becky. She and her husband are moving onto another stage in their life to be closer to their grandkids in Colorado. It’s so hard to say goodbye to members of our FAMMily. We already miss your smiling face in the morning, your dedication to extremely long swims and discussions on deck after practice. I hope your next swim club appreciates and loves you as much as we do. ❤️❤️

Manatee of the Month for May 2023 is Laura Hammond. She joined us one year ago. She is such a joy to see in the mornings. She always is willing to lend a hand pulling in lane lines or cleaning up after practice, she has really improved her stroke and when traveling tries to find a local club or pool to swim in. Thank you Laura for being part of our FAMMily!!!
