“Find out who you are and do it on purpose.” — Dolly Parton

There are some people who don’t just build a career. They build a legacy.

Dolly Parton’s heart always seemed to be bigger than the success surrounding her. She gave generously, loved people well, championed children, education, literacy and those who needed someone to believe in them. She used the gifts she was given not simply to become successful, but to make a difference.

And maybe that's what makes her legacy so powerful.

The light of Jesus seemed to shine through so much of what she did — in the way she served, the way she gave, the way she loved, and the way she never seemed to forget where she came from.

She didn’t just find out who she was.

She knew what she was called to do, and she did it on purpose.

What a beautiful reminder that our legacy isn't measured only by what we accomplish, but by the lives we touch, the people we lift up, and the love we leave behind.

May we all live with a heart overflowing with love, use what God has placed in our hands, and leave a little more light in the world than we found.

That’s a legacy worth building.

Great movie, good food(Those Zinger Nachos from Dj's Diner & Food Truck are 🔥) beautiful weather, and a plaza full of people enjoying the evening together. If you missed this one, don't worry—the next one is already one on the calendar!

Adventure is calling TONIGHT!

Friday Flicks is back at Evergy Plaza, and we're settling in for a summer night under the stars with Indiana Jones on the big screen.
