Of the things we think, say, or do...
1. Is it the Truth?
2. Is it Fair to all concerned?
3.

Topeka South Rotary's 100+ members serve meals at Let's Help, give kids new shoes and socks, connect with seniors in assisted living, fight human trafficking and much more! Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?
4. Will it be Beneficial to all concerned?

This past weekend Topeka South Rotary hosted the TopCity Pickleball Tournament by welcoming 80 doubles teams for 2 days of fun. Saturday and Sunday start times were both delayed due to rain, but luckily our crew was able to squeegee the courts each morning in order for everyone to play. We received several compliments throughout the weekend about how well run our tourney is and how much fun it is.

This year's event raised over $3,700.

Special thanks to the crew that helped make this event happen!

Please join us this Friday, May 15th for breakfast followed by a presentation by this week's speaker, Attorney General Kris Kobach.

Kris Kobach’s extensive academic and professional background began in Topeka, Kansas, followed by a distinguished education at Harvard, Oxford as a Marshall Scholar, and Yale Law School. His early career included a clerkship for the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and a fifteen-year tenure as a constitutional law professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Throughout his private practice, he frequently litigated high-profile cases involving DACA, vaccine mandates, and challenges against the ACLU. Currently, he serves as the 45th Attorney General of Kansas and was elected Chairman of the Republican Attorney General Association in 2024. He resides near Lecompton with his wife and their five children.
