Kick off your Labor Day weekend with this Friday, September 4, as we welcome Trailin’ Smoke for their rescheduled performance.

From 6–8 PM, enjoy an evening of country-fried classic rock, beautiful sunsets, and great company in the heart of the Meadow. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, pack a picnic, and settle in for one of the best ways to celebrate the long weekend.

The Thoroughbred ReStart Clinic Series continues at Great Meadow on September 8 with international event rider, trainer, and Level 4 USEA ICP Certified Instructor Sharon White 🐎

This cross-country clinic is designed to build confidence for both OTTB and rider, with instruction tailored to the demands of each level and the unique mindset of the off-track Thoroughbred. It's a wonderful opportunity to ride with Sharon, experience Great Meadow's beautiful course and build a strong foundation for your partnership with your horse and eventing success.

Great Meadow is excited to welcome back the Dave Davis Invitational this Saturday, August 29! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Hosted by Colgan HS XCTF the meet brings high school cross-country teams to Great Meadow for a full morning of competition across our 5K and 3K courses. Racing begins at 9:00 AM.

Come out, cheer on the runners, and support the teams as they take on one of Virginia’s most memorable cross-country settings!

We were delighted to welcome the The Warrenton Hunt for a memorable trail ride across Great Meadow this weekend. Riders enjoyed a beautiful Sunday morning and a unique tour of the grounds, with many experiencing parts of the Meadow they'd never seen before. The chance to ride the iconic Gold Cup racecourse and even splashing through the water jump made for an unforgettable adventure for riders of all ages!
