Join us tomorrow for an incredible Juneteenth Celebration featuring live music from the amazing Morrisania Band Project! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for a wonderful afternoon of community and culture.

​A massive thank you to Council Member Eric Dinowitz for his partnership on the Cultural Immigrant Initiative. At KRVC Development Corporation, we remain deeply dedicated to supporting our small business community here in the Northwest Bronx, and we are so proud to help the community see the true vibrancy and passion of our local entrepreneurs.

​Through this initiative, we are pulling back the curtain to share the inspiring stories of the entrepreneurs behind some of our neighborhood's most beloved spots:

​This amazing neighborhood celebration is proudly brought to you by the WHAM Alliance (Woodlawn Heights Alliance of Merchants), in a fantastic partnership with NYC Small Business Services (SBS) and the Kingsbridge Riverdale Van Cortlandt Development Corporation (KRVC)!

We all know the names on the awnings and the vibrant energy of our local spots, but do you know the people who poured their hearts into building them?
Today, we’re going behind the scenes for an intimate look at the stories that define our commercial corridors. We’re sitting down with:

• Henry Gonzalez – Tin Marin
• Jose Norman Martinez – Home BX Steakhouse and KRVC board member
• Joselito Severino– Tilila- La Casita Azul

Join us as we discuss their journey of coming to New York as Dominican immigrants and building their success. It’s a conversation about heritage, hard work, and the unbreakable spirit of the Kingsbridge and Riverdale communities.

Join us and our amazing local partners this Sunday for a Community Clean Up & Planting event in Woodlawn Heights. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors, get some fresh air, and make a beautiful, green impact on our commercial corridor.
