Wabash Valley Audubon Society

Wabash Valley Audubon Society The mission of the Wabash Valley Audubon Society is the same as the N.A.S. mission.

We have approximately 150 members in west-central Indiana, and seek to provide education and enrichment of the natural world through community outreach and engagement. The mission of the National Audubon Society is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and the Earth’s biological diversity. Additionally to furth

er this mission WVAS is involved in appropriate projects to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, interact with other local organizations and groups with similar concerns, and provide educational opportunities to the local community to increase their awareness, appreciation, and involvement in the natural world that surrounds them.
