One of the things we appreciate most about the HR profession is that it's about more than policies and procedures—it's about people.

The SHRM Foundation is doing important work by supporting initiatives that strengthen workplaces through programs focused on veterans, mental health and wellness, mentorship, untapped talent, and the evolving workforce.

We encourage my HR colleagues to learn more about the SHRM Foundation and the many ways it is helping create better workplaces and stronger communities.
