✨ ART WALK IS TONIGHT! ✨ Join us starting at 5 PM for September Art Walk and spend the evening exploring new exhibitions, artist openings, live music, pop-ups, and creative spaces throughout Telluride. 🏔️

A few highlights for tonight:

🎨 F R I N G E G A L L E R Y : Opening of Liminal Spaces: New Paintings by Rebecca Crowell, with the artist in attendance from 5–7 PM.

Telluride Arts invites local and regional artists to submit work for Precipitation, our upcoming winter group exhibition at Telluride Arts HQ.

From the first snowflakes of winter to summer monsoon rains, water has always shaped life in the San Juan Mountains, our landscapes, traditions, recreation, economy, and the stories we carry with us.

Precipitation invites artists to explore our relationship with water in all its forms, and to reflect on the ways weather continues to shape how we live, work, gather, and experience this place. ✨

🎨 Exhibition opens: December 2
🖼️ On view through: April 2

After a dry winter and a summer marked by wildfire, this season carries a little extra anticipation. Think snow, rain, rivers, memory, movement, and maybe even a little snow-dance energy. ❄️

Mountain Village Oktoberfest is looking for local and regional creatives to help bring the festival to life this fall!

🎨 STOREFRONT & WINDOW DESIGN COMPETITION

Telluride Unveiled and Town of Mountain Village Oktoberfest are inviting local and regional artists to design a Bavarian-inspired storefront concept for the businesses of Mountain Village. The winning design will bring the festival’s alpine spirit to shopfronts, windows, and entryways throughout the village - helping unify the guest experience across every plaza and business the weekend of the festival.

🏆 THE AWARD

The selected artist will receive a $1,000 award and 2 tickets to the Oktoberfest tent, plus credit as the designer of the official Mountain Village Oktoberfest storefront concept.

For this month’s Salon Night, local writers, poets, and curious creatives are invited to explore the gallery, choose a work that catches your eye, and turn that inspiration into a poem or short story of 100 words or less. 🤓

No pressure. No perfect draft. Just a chance to look closely, write freely, and see where the art takes you. ✨
