MEET MARLEY THE BOY WHO JUST WANTS A PLACE TO CALL HOME.

Marley lives inside our house at the ranch, and although we love him to pieces, our biggest wish is to find him a forever family of his own.

His story breaks my heart. Marley and his sister came to us after their beloved owner passed away. Marley stayed by his owner's side until he was found. To this day, seeing him curled up with his giant teddy bear from his previous home or cuddling his previous owner's shirt brings tears to my eyes.

His sister has found her forever home, but Marley is still waiting for his turn.

This goofy, lovable Lab is the perfect house companion! He's potty trained, not destructive, has wonderful house manners, and is happiest snuggled up on the couch or simply being near his people. All Marley needs is a soft place to land and a family to love him forever.

His sister got her happy ending. Now it's Marley's turn.

Please share his story and help us find the family he's been waiting for!

One share could change a life and give him the second chance he's been waiting for.

Meet Kermit.
Kermit is proof that being different does not mean being less deserving of love.
This sweet pittie was abandoned and rescued from the Kern County Animal Shelter after being found in Lamont. Because Kermit cannot use his back legs, he needed someone willing to see past his differences and give him a chance.
And Kermit has made sure that chance was worth it.
This boy gets around just fine without his wheels and absolutely does not let his disability stop him from living life. His wheels simply help him go a little farther and do a little more. He’s happy, playful, full love, and has a determination that will melt your heart.
Kermit just needs someone willing to see the incredible dog underneath it all.
If you can’t adopt Kermit, please share him. One share could be the one that gets him seen by the person he’s been waiting for.

Melvin is another Pawsitive Change success story who is making a difference out there in the world! He is parlayed what he learned at North Kern State Prison into an incredible career, helping Pet parents better communicate and understand their pets.
If you’re looking for an incredible dog trainer in Santa Clarita or northern Los Angeles, I want you to meet my friend Melvin Jones.

Melvin is a former Pawsitive Change student who now runs God First Dog Training. He’s an exceptional trainer, a devoted man of God, and one of the best people I’ve ever known.

His courage, kindness, and commitment to dogs and people make me proud to call him my friend. Watching him take the skills he developed in our program and build a business helping dogs and their families has been incredibly meaningful.

If your dog needs training, please reach out to Melvin at God First Dog Training. And if you know someone in the area who could use his help, share this post! Let’s help send business his way and support a great man doing work he loves. ❤️🐾

Meet Squid! 🦑
Squid is a little more chill than his sister Jellyfish, but don’t let that fool you… this boy is still VERY excited to see you!
He’s happy, friendly, and absolutely convinced that if you’re giving out pets, he should be FIRST in line.
And if you happen to be petting someone else? No problem. Squid will simply walk directly in front of you like, “Excuse me… I believe you meant ME.”
He’s got a big personality packed into that adorable puppy body and loves being right in the middle of whatever is happening.
Sweet, enthusiastic, and just a tiny bit bossy when it comes to getting attention.
Come meet Squid and prepare to be politely but aggressively recruited for puppy cuddles!

A brother and sister who had run out of time—with their whole lives still ahead of them. ❤️ We rescued these two puppies from the euthanasia list this week, giving them the chance every dog deserves.

Now they need names! What would you name this sweet boy and his sister? Drop your ideas below. 🐾

Marley’s Mutts is one of the few organizations in Kern County taking in large dogs and dogs facing euthanasia. We need your help to keep saying yes. Please consider becoming a monthly donor through the link in my bio.

Thank you for helping us give second chances.

Meet Jellyfish! 🪼
Jellyfish is basically a tiny ball of wiggles with legs. She is SO happy and has a whole-body tail wag going at all times.
She’ll stare at you with the most intense little puppy eyes like, “Ummm… are you going to pet me or what?” And the second you give in, she’s in your lap!
Once Jellyfish gets comfy, she’s staying put. She’ll happily snuggle in your lap until YOU decide it’s time to get up. And honestly… why would you ever want to?
If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly, wiggly little shadow, Jellyfish might be your girl!
Come meet this adorable little cuddle bug!

Meet Robin!
Robin is one of those dogs who is just SWEET. She loves her people, but she’s not the type to be glued to your hip 24/7. She’s got her own thing going on too.
Her favorite way to say hello? A gentle little hug! wrap herself around you, and happily stay there as long as you keep the pets coming. Basically, once the hug starts, you’re on petting duty.
She’s also a GREAT walker and loves getting out for a stroll. And when it comes to other dogs? Robin is friendly with everyone she meets—even the ones who are acting like complete lunatics.
Sweet, affectionate, easygoing, and always ready for a hug… what more could you ask for?
Come meet Robin!

Meet Rusty
Rusty is basically a baby giraffe who somehow ended up in a dog’s body. She RUNS like she’s still figuring out where all four legs are supposed to go.
She’s super playful and has absolutely ZERO idea what personal space means.
She’ll happily jump right into your lap, roll around like she owns the place, and soak up all the attention she can get.
And treats? Oh, she understands treats. VERY well.
If you’re looking for a goofy, playful best friend who will keep you laughing, Rusty might just be your girl.
Come meet this adorable little weirdo and see for yourself!
