Wear Your Idea: Design the 2027 Annual Dues T-Shirt
IBEW Local 280 members—here is your chance to create the design for our 2027 annual dues t-shirt!

Contest dates: October 5–23, 2026
Who may enter: Active Local 280 members in good standing
Design requirements: One design per member
Submit as a .jpg or .png
Design should be created for the back of the t-shirt
An optional pocket design may also be included
Hand-drawn entries are welcome—just submit a clear photo
AI-assisted designs are not permitted

Submit your design at the link in the comments or text your entry to 541-405-6672.
Five finalists will be selected, and members will vote for their favorite from October 31 through November 12.

The winner will be announced on November 13!
🏆 The winner will receive one year of annual dues paid in full and a free t-shirt featuring their design.
