Our leadership quality of the month is Leadership in Action! Leadership is demonstrated by doing, not by title. Putting the leadership qualities we learned this year into practice is a great way to go about this.

We have a WINNER for our 2026 fair t-shirt. Congratulations to ROXANNE MCMILLEN! We look forward to seeing her great design printed on the front of the Linn County Fair t-shirts.

Thank you to everyone that participated this year. There ARE so many creative designs making it tough to pick just one winner. We've enjoyed seeing them hang at the office and hope you'll watch for them all to be posted on social media and acknowledge them all.
