Ever ask your toddler to do one simple thing… only to find them distracted by something completely unrelated 30 seconds later? 😅

Toddlers aren’t tiny adults. Their brains are still learning how to process directions, manage big emotions and put what they’re feeling into words.

A few small changes — one-step directions, getting down to their level, naming emotions and offering simple choices — can make communication a whole lot easier.

This can be a fun way to make losing baby teeth less scary and encourage your child to take good care of their teeth! A note from the Tooth Fairy could encourage your child to brush twice a day for two minutes, floss, and drink plenty of water. For more ideas: https://bit.ly/3oSlGAg

The Embark Savings is Oregon’s state-sponsored education savings account—also called a 529 plan. It helps families save for education after high school, whatever path that may be.

Embark isn’t just for a four-year college. Families can use Embark savings for:
• College or community college
• Trade and technical schools

Embark funds can be used at accredited schools across the U.S. (and some abroad) to pay for tuition, fees, textbooks, room and board, computers, supplies, and apprenticeship equipment.
This is a flexible savings tool designed to grow with your child and support their goals—no matter what direction they choose.
