Items will then continue with FINAL in-person bidding on Saturday, June 27 from 11:00 AM–6:00 PM at the American Legion Hall.

We have amazing news!
We received an additional $25,000 grant from the Guernsey Foundation. We are making great steam towards our destination!
Every donation brings us one step closer to creating a safe, fun, and inspiring playground for our children. A huge thank you to the Guernsey Foundation and to everyone supporting this dream! 💚

Together, we can build something amazing! 🚂

✏️ Little Hands, Big Progress!

Our two-year-old room has been exploring the exciting world of writing! From practicing scribbles to beginning letters, these little learners are building the fine motor skills and confidence they need to express themselves. Every mark on the paper is a step toward literacy, creativity, and independence.

We love seeing their excitement as they write on their own. Keep up the amazing work, little writers! 💛

Mercadees has been an incredible part of our team — flexible, responsible, reliable, and hardworking. Her dedication and positive attitude shine through in everything she does, and it’s no surprise that the kids absolutely adore her! 💛

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day 🌸

Today, we honor all the moms—those who give so much every day, the ones working hard to figure it out as they go, and those who carry the memory of a mom they’ve lost. We also want to take a moment to honor those waiting for the opportunity to be a mom!💛

Motherhood isn’t always easy, but your love, patience, and strength shine in so many ways. Whether it’s wiping little tears, cheering the loudest at every milestone, or just holding a child close at the end of a long day, you do so much, and we see you.

From all of us at Sumner Daycare, thank you for all that you give—your hearts, your energy, and your unwavering love. Today, we celebrate you. 🌷

🫟🩹🤧Childcare Provider Appreciation Day 🍼📚🧩
Today we extend an extra thank you to all our staff. They are some of the most patient, selfless, kind, and loving people who surround our littles everyday. They set the best examples of respect, responsibility and personal growth for our students. We are surrounded by the best of the best at SDLC and are so grateful for everything they do day in and day out.

*I had full intentions of sharing a video with all of you showing exactly what I’m referencing, but couldn’t get it to upload. The staff and students were caught in a downpour a couple of weeks ago and as you would expect we had a couple friends who thought they would stay and play in it so the staff bravely ran out in the drenching rain and rescued them 😂
