ROAD CLOSURE REMINDER – MINE RD

Woodland Lakes Trusteeship would like to remind all property owners and residents that Mine Rd will be closed beginning Monday at approximately 7:00 AM each day, weather permitting.
Road work will begin at the gate and progress toward Highway EE. The road is expected to reopen at approximately 5:00 PM each day and span a total of three days, weather and work conditions permitting.

Please plan your travel accordingly and make any necessary arrangements to avoid delays.
Please note: All dates and times are estimates and are subject to change depending on weather and project conditions.

We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation while this work is being completed.

Please be advised that Crystal Lake Dr. is closed from Woodland Dr. to Vista while chip and seal road work is being completed.

Please plan your travel accordingly and use an alternate route such as North lake shore to Vista until the work is finished.

DO NOT MOVE OR DRIVE AROUND THE BARRICADES. They are in place for everyone's safety and to allow the road work to be completed properly.

We ask everyone to please be patient, follow the posted closures, and respect the barricades until the road is reopened.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY OWNERS MEETING NOTICE

Woodland Lakes Trusteeship wants to assure all property owners that 6 of the 7 Trustees were present and prepared to conduct today’s Property Owners Meeting.

However, the required property-owner quorum was not met in accordance with the Woodland Lakes Trusteeship Indenture. Because the quorum requirement was not satisfied, the meeting was never officially called to order.

All business that was scheduled for today’s meeting will be tabled and addressed at the Spring Property Owners Meeting.

We appreciate everyone who took the time to attend and understand that this may be disappointing or inconvenient.

NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS
No voting will take place at the October 3rd. 2026 Property Owners Meeting. The proposed amendment will instead be presented for a vote at the next semiannual meeting on Saturday, April 10, 2027, as established by Article I, Section 2 of the Woodland Lakes Indentures.
