**PSA** Please refresh yourselves and your family on the Boating & Safety Rules. Please talk to your kids about safely riding ATV's. 25 mph pavement, 15 mph on the gravel.,HELMETS!

The gravel side of the Boat Ramp is not for Parking that is for launch prep only.
Holiday weekends are some of our busiest times, and it takes our entire team.

Maintenance, office, and gate staff working long hours to keep everything running. With exception to the gate staff working around the clock employees days often start as early as 3am working on constant cleaning, repairs, and responding to issues throughout the day. It’s fast-paced, demanding work, and not always easy.

We share this simply for awareness.
Please:
Be patient during busy times
Treat staff with respect
Help keep shared spaces clean
A little consideration goes a long way.

We are happy to report that Greens Lake will reopen tomorrow 8/18!

We executed corrective methods to treat the Blue/Green Algae bloom while following the biologists advice at Aquatic Control, Inc. We are extra happy to report we lost zero fish during the process. There is a binder in the office if y’all want to know the process and for future reference.

Extra special thanks belongs to Christy(Janitorial) for loads of research, weekly water testing and driving the boat. 👍

**PSA** Greens Lake Update: 7/8

The biologist from Aquatic Control have confirmed Blue/Green Algae.(Cyanobacteria)

The lake will remain closed to all activities until our treatments are effective. The first treatment has been applied 7/6, it does appear to be decreasing the bloom.

We spend $370,000 yearly for trash services. We are past the threshold of being able to afford extra services.
