This is the event discussed in our last Auxiliary meeting. Since it conflicts with our Flea Market I will not be able to assist. Any others that would like to help, please let me know (Laura Denny)

The St. James Grape and Fall Festival Parade will be on Saturday, September 12th and we are seeking volunteers to assist Veterans to the street to watch the parade, plus some will enjoy being pushed in their wheelchairs in the parade. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is something you would enjoy doing. Volunteers will need to arrive by 9 am.

As your president of VFW AUXILIARY 3987 it's my duty to inform you with a heavy heart and sadness that 2 of our members have passed away in the last few days.

JOANNE BEHRENS Friday July 3rd.

Visitation will be Thursday 4-8 pm with funeral Friday 10am. All at Eatons

MARYANN SPLITTORFF Sunday July 5th. No info on services yet. Please keep their families in your prayers.

We posted the fishing poles donated to VA Home in St. James. What a joy to see St. James Press feature the veterans using the poles donated!
