A Sock’s Purpose spent this morning with the Salvation Army at Coats 4 Kids. We were able to provide children in Sullivan County with new socks for the upcoming winter months!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! #2024 For those who don’t know me, my name is Cara Gofourth, and I am the back bone of this nonprofit! Luckily for me,I have the best help from my family! July 2023, I graduated from Ball State University with a BS in Family and Child: Concentration in Family Studies! I begin Graduate School this month in an online program at the University of Tennessee! Currently I reside in Sullivan IN, where I have been born and raised!

Happy Socks sent us 6,224 children’s socks! A big thank to our UPS man for unloading 21 boxes! Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays everyone!

A representative of the Jasonville Chruch of Christ came to pick up about 300 socks! Socks will be passed out to those in need when they visit the food pantry! If you know a group or individual in need of socks, shoot me a message to work something out!

🚨URGENT🚨 A community food bank is in NEED of socks. I have the children socks covered, but I would like to provide a LOT of adult socks! The Amazon Wishlist has bulk packs of up to 100 socks for less than $50! By using the Wishlist, the socks will ship directly to us!

A Sock’s Purpose was on the move! We started at Ruth House donating stockings/socks, moved onto Sullivan County DCS, and ended in Terre Haute at 14th & Chestnut Community Center! Over 800 pairs of socks were donated!

I don’t know about you guys, but tonight I am headed to Texas Roadhouse Of Terre Haute to donate a pair of socks, and get a free appetizer voucher for the next time I dine there!!
