Yellow Rose Roller Derby is a skater owned and operated non-profit sports (501(c)(3)) organization dedicated to providing quality entertainment through competitive athleticism. We envision women’s flat track roller derby as an opportunity to further generate a positive image of strong, capable women in our community. YRRD encourages athleticism and personal growth in a supportive and positive envi

ronment. We follow the guidelines and rules set forth by the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), a national governing body for female-only, skater-owned, flat-track roller derby leagues. YRRD's home is the southwest side of town including Sugar Land, Stafford, Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy, Fulshear, and SW Houston. We practice on Monday and Thursday nights at P8 Sports Plex located at Beltway 8 & Beechnut in Houston, Texas. YRRD is actively recruiting skaters, referees, and volunteers. ROLLER DERBY THIS PAST WEEKEND! Great job to the All Stars on their hard-hitting game against DDD: Battalion of Doom! Thank you Dallas Derby Devils for traveling to play us! CONGRATS to our MVPs Slayer Moon and Kick Ashe! Congrats to our home team, Las Chupacabras on the home team championship win!! Congrats to the MVPs Loba Loca, Pompeii Ruinz, Leonardo Decapitate-Her, and Aunt F***y!
