Two months ago we gave this mother and son top notch medical care and lots of love. Look at them today! This beautiful bonded pair (son is the only survivor of the litter, sadly his siblings succumbed to pavro) is looking for a home together.

Midnight has a new name and second chance! My daughter Sam, met midnight at Pippi Project v2. From a stray wandering the streets of PR to a new lovely life in Durham, NC. Lucky dog, lucky lady! Welcome to the family Shoko Shifka Block. We love you!

Throwback to Pippi Project V3! We couldn’t have done this without our partnership with Miracles for Satos Rescue! We’re working to humanely reduce Puerto Rico’s stray overpopulation through sterilization and vaccination clinics. With over 650,000 dogs and 1,000,000 cats on the streets, this is just the beginning. Every donation = more lives saved!

I have met alot of dog people in my life and Laurie Lincoln, Executive Director of Buddy Dog is my number dog guru! She has helped me on so many levels for the past three decades, including helping me and my family and friends adopt, Pippi, Belle Henry, Rosita, Clancy, Neptune and Tsadie (Henry's mom).
Happy and proud to have this wonderful mentor and friend in my life. 😊
