Dear Diving Community,

As we all know dryland training plays an essential role in the preparation of competitive divers. Before attempting new skills on the diving board, athletes focus on developing strength, flexibility, body awareness, and safe techniques on solid ground.

The Atlantic Diving Team is seeking advanced recommendations and hopefully a few connections to assist us in raising funds to purchase a small building to serve as our Dryland Training Facility, along with necessary dryland equipment. We encourage you to share your insights or reach out directly to Coach Pito.

Dear Diving Community,

The Atlantic Diving Team Foundation is excited to launch our Dry Land Training Facility Fundraiser and we need your support!

This new facility will give our athletes a dedicated space to build strength, improve conditioning, and train safely year-round. With your help, we can provide the equipment and environment they need to attempt new skills on the diving board, athletes focus on developing strength, flexibility, body awareness and allow divers to safely perfect their dives, minimize the risk of injury, and enhance their confidence.
