Our new ✨ Yoga Foundations ✨ class begins this Thursday June 4!
New to yoga or need a refresher? This welcoming class is designed to help you build a strong foundation at your own pace. Our program runs in a continuous 6-week rotation, so you can join anytime. Complete all 6 weeks, and you’ll feel confident moving into any other yoga class, or stay as long as you like until you’re comfortable. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with the basics in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
