August 27th at 10 a.m. at The Eastwood Golf Course, Streator.

Return entries to the Golf Course or Family Vision Corner. Mail entries with a check to Streator Lions Club, PO Box 243, Streator, IL

All proceeds used to fund Lions Community Projects, including but not limited to: Helping residents in need acquire eyecare and hearing aids, Hospital Equipment Loaner Program (HELP), Easte Baskets to residents in need, SHS Vocational Scholarship

All proceeds used to fund Lions Community Projects, including but not limited to, helping residents in need of eyecare and hearing aids, hospital equipment loan program (HELP), Easter Basets to families, and SHS Vocational Scholarships.
