Last month, the SOL family showed up and showed up big.

Together, we raised funds to support Safe Journeys/ADV & SAS, and this week I had the honor of presenting that gift directly to Susan, their Executive Director. Her work and the work of everyone at Safe Journeys holds space for survivors of sexual and domestic violence to find safety, healing, and their way back home to themselves.

To make the impact even bigger, SOL Inspired matched every dollar raised. Because when this community moves toward love, we like to double down on it. ๐Ÿ’›

Susan, thank you for the sacred work you do. And to everyone who gave, moved, felt , and showed up for this cause; this is what community care looks like in action.

Having a tool kit available if you or someone you know is struggling, could save a life. Knowing the resources you have available to you is a very important part of that tool kit. We believe therapy is for everyone and our community has so many options. But, improving your mental health also extends beyond therapy and we want to show you a few options that LaSalle County has available. Tomorrow at the Run Today for Tomorrow Wellness Fair and 5k Walk/Run we will have 40 resources meeting all 8 dimensions of health and wellness!
Even if you aren't participating in Run Today for Tomorrow 5K, please stop by to check out the booths.
Thank you to those of you coming out to support our cause:
