The newest housing development, Rotary Commons, will house 18 families and 21 individuals upon completion.
Pacific House continues to address the growing number of families and seniors facing housing challenges and we are honored to partner with Viking Construction, Inc. throughout this process.

Theresa spent years living on the streets, unsure if she could trust that someone would truly be there to help.

Through patience, care and persistence, Theresa found that trust and began to believe in a different future.

Today, she says: “I am no longer in survival mode. I can go on and on about how Pacific House shows care with action.”

Thank you to Spectrum for a $5,000 grant to Pacific House through the Spectrum Employee Community Grants program.

This gift will directly support our meal program, which served 59,760 meals to neighbors in FY25. A steady meal each day gives our neighbors the stability to focus on finding housing and taking the next step toward independence.

"Pacific House is honored to partner with Spectrum as the need for shelter, meals, and housing support continues to grow across our community," said Carmen Colon, President and CEO of Pacific House. "Investments like this help ensure our neighbors have access to nutritious meals and the stability they need to take the next steps toward permanent housing."
