Neighborhood Network serves seniors and caregivers (age 65+) in the Highland Park, Lex-Hamline, MacGroveland, Merriam Park and Summit University neighborhoods of St. Community volunteers providing seniors and their families the supports needed to stay healthy and independent, living in their homes safely, securely and connected to their community. Neighborhood Network for Seniors is a Living at H

ome/Block Nurse Program serving the neighborhoods of Lexington-Hamline, Snelling Hamline, Mac-Groveland, Summit-U, Rondo and Union Park. We are part of a network of local programs that mobilize and coordinate community volunteers and health professionals to help their elder neighbors stay in the homes they love. By alleviating barriers to service, helping seniors prevent as well as manage illness and coordinating and simplifying care, Living at Home/Block Nurse Programs prevent and delay nursing home admissions for hundreds of seniors each year. Our community volunteers are at our core!
