I believe in transparency, and where I come from….
a closed mouth won’t get fed.

The Department of Indian Work (DIW) is looking for a new home. Our lease ends September 30, 2026, and we’re searching for approximately 5,000 square feet in Saint Paul or the surrounding area.

DIW provides a culturally specific food shelf, emergency services, youth programming, family support, and community-based services to Native families throughout the Twin Cities.

We’re not asking for money.

We’re asking people to keep their eyes and ears open. If you know of a building, church, school, office space, warehouse, or landlord who may have space available, please let me know.

Sometimes the right opportunity comes from the most unexpected place.

Please share.

Honored to represent DIW as we celebrate over 70 years of serving and walking alongside the Native community. ❤️

Grateful to be part of the 120-year legacy of Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul and the many staff, volunteers, faith communities, and partners who continue showing up for our neighbors every day. 🌿

If you’re able, come celebrate with us at Annual Assembly!

Annual Assembly is just around the corner✨

This year's Annual Assembly will be held from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. We'll look back at where we have traveled over the last 120 years, and celebrate the staff, volunteers, and faith communities who have committed themselves to making lives better for our neighbors in the east metro in the years to come.

Remember to RSVP by May 10th if you plan to attend!
