Our W***y Wonka & the Chocolate Factory themed Halloween event is growing, and we’re looking for vendors, volunteers, community partners, and supporters who are ready to come out, participate, and help us create an amazing experience for our families!
We already have 100+ registered guests, and registrations continue to grow every day!

🍭 VENDOR GOLDEN TICKET
Instead of a traditional vendor fee, vendors will secure their space by purchasing items from our Amazon Wish List, ensuring that your contribution goes directly toward making this event possible.
Vendor Sponsorship Levels:
Candy Partner — $50 minimum
Golden Ticket Sponsor — $100+
Chocolate Factory Sponsor — $250+

We are seeking an outdoor Food Truck/Vendor willing to partner and donate a portion of their proceeds from the event to the Autism Ally Foundation. Please DM before sending paying vendor fee.

🎪 Important Vendor Information
Vendor spaces will be outdoors, and we are currently expecting fall temperatures in the 60s, so please come prepared for outdoor activity.

Vendor setup begins at 12:00 PM. We are asking all vendors to arrive no later than 1:00 PM so everyone can be completely set up before guests begin arriving.

Up to 3 people may staff each vendor table, and a tent is strongly recommended.

We are seeking vendors who are able to remain for the full duration of the event, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Because we want to create a consistent and engaging experience for our guests, vendors should plan to stay set up and actively participate throughout the entire event.

And since we're stepping into the Chocolate Factory, we're looking for vendors who are willing to have fun with us and go along with the theme! Candy-inspired decorations, purple and gold, costumes, creative displays, or anything that adds to the experience is encouraged.

Games • Candy Stations • Registration • Setup • Guest Assistance • Event Activities • Cleanup
Whether you can volunteer for the entire event or just a portion of the day, we can use your help!

Can't vend or volunteer? You can still make a huge difference.
Purchase an item from our Amazon Wish List, donate candy, share our event flyer, invite families, comment on and share our posts, and help us spread the word.
We’re not only looking for people to show up — we’re looking for people who want to participate, interact, laugh, have fun, and help us create a memorable afternoon for our families.

Celebrating 1 Year of Allyship!

Today, Autism Ally Foundation celebrates one successful year of service, growth, impact, and ALLYSHIP!

What started as a vision to create more support, awareness, inclusion, and resources for individuals with autism and their families has grown into something truly special.
Over the past year, we have proudly:

- Opened the Autism Ally Foundation Resource Center in St. Louis
- Created a welcoming Sensory Room for children and families
- Reached our goal of distributing 1,000 Autism Awareness Kits
- Launched our ALLY ID Cards to support safety, communication, and inclusion
- Launched Coloring for a Cause, a national coloring contest spreading autism awareness
- Hosted inclusive community events including our Autism Awareness Dance, Comedy for a Cause, Grand Opening, Back to school, and Christmas in July
- Became officially listed in the 211 Directory
- Connected families with resources, support, and community partners along the way
And we are only getting started.

Every kit distributed, every family supported, every event hosted, every conversation started, and every new ALLY who joined us helped make this first year possible.
