Network for Strong Communities NSC is a capacity building nonprofit organization in Missouri supporting other nonprofits through educational, operational, and consultative support.

The mission of the Network for Strong Communities (NSC) is to strengthen and increase the capacity of the nonprofit sector to better serve its constituents and build better communities through collaborative vision and action. We accomplish this by providing education, training, consultation and technical assistance programs that are responsive, comprehensive, integrated, efficient and effective. N

Happy 2 year work anniversary to Madi Stanley, one of our fantastic Administrative Services Coordinators! 🤩

Madi enjoys working with clients and helping them reach their goals and grow their organizations. Over the past two years, she’s learned that supporting nonprofits is never one size fits all. Working with organizations that have unique needs has taught her the importance of staying curious, adapting her approach, and finding solutions that work best for each client.

She also appreciates the welcoming and positive NSC team, where everyone is willing to jump in and support one another. We’re grateful for the flexibility, thoughtfulness, and dedication Madi brings to her work each day.

Over the past year, Ali has built strong relationships and become a dependable resource for his team. He enjoys supporting others, keeping things organized, and helping everything run smoothly. His first year has also reinforced the importance of teamwork, communication, and adaptability.

Ali appreciates the supportive and collaborative environment at NSC and is motivated by knowing that his work helps his team succeed each day. He’s looking forward to continuing to learn, grow, and take on new opportunities in the year ahead.

When it comes to organization and planning, Ali is always ready to find the most efficient way to get things done, whether he’s planning an event, a trip, or simply tackling the task at hand!

Over the past five years, Olivia has played an instrumental role in growing NSC's learning programs, helping expand both our team and the number of workshops and programs we offer. She especially enjoys presenting and facilitating trainings, where she can share knowledge and help others grow. 🌱

Olivia values the unique strengths each team member brings to NSC, creating a collaborative environment where creativity and problem solving thrive. Whether she's planning programs, leading a workshop, or supporting our mission behind the scenes, her passion for learning and community shines through.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time at the beach, playing volleyball, and playing board games. 🏖🏐🎲
