Network for Strong Communities NSC is a capacity building nonprofit organization in Missouri supporting other nonprofits through educational, operational, and consultative support.

The mission of the Network for Strong Communities (NSC) is to strengthen and increase the capacity of the nonprofit sector to better serve its constituents and build better communities through collaborative vision and action. We accomplish this by providing education, training, consultation and technical assistance programs that are responsive, comprehensive, integrated, efficient and effective. N

Happy 5 year work anniversary to Jessica Strange, our amazing Administrative Services Manager! 🥳

Over the years, Jessica has helped build meaningful relationships with clients and strengthen NSC’s role as a trusted partner within the nonprofit community. She enjoys helping organizations streamline their processes, so they can spend more time focused on their mission and creating impact.

One of the biggest lessons she’s learned is that strong relationships and trust are just as important as expertise and results, which is a value she brings to her work every day. She also appreciates the collaboration and support that make the NSC team so special.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys trivia nights with friends, especially when there are prizes involved! She is currently looking forward to a honeymoon adventure with her husband later this year.
