October is Mental Health Screening Month, take a moment to check in with yourself. Prioritizing your mental health starts with understanding how you’re feeling and taking steps toward the support you need.

Online mental health screenings offer a simple, accessible way to check in with yourself and gain a better understanding of your emotional well-being. They can help identify potential concerns, such as anxiety or depression, and provide insight into symptoms you may be experiencing.

Screenings can also help you recognize changes in your mental health over time and determine when it may be helpful to seek additional support. While they are a valuable tool for self-awareness, online screenings are not a substitute for a professional diagnosis.

Not sure where to start? We’re testing a new Universal Mental Health Screening. It covers over 12 common mental health conditions in 5-10 minutes. Click below to learn more, or scroll down to pick a specific condition. Try the Universal Mental Health Screening

Christian was diagnosed with a bipolar disorder in his early twenties and today, he shares his story in hopes that it inspires others to not give up and to find support in their communities.
