The Ohio Home Energy Assistance Winter Crisis Program starts November 1 and offers one-time heating bill help to income-eligible households facing utility shut-offs or low fuel. Assistance is available through March 31, 2027, for families earning up to 175% of the federal poverty level.

A big THANK YOU to Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) for inviting Neighborhood Housing Partnership (NHP) to participate in their Trunk or Treat on Thursday, October 22! We loved being part of this fun event for their families. ❤️

Our very own Hunter Judy, NHP’s Repair Grants Specialist, had a spooktacular time passing out candy from her haunted house-themed trunk, reminding everyone that “Homeownership doesn’t have to be scary!” 🕸️🏚️🍭

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect with families, spread a little Halloween cheer, and share how NHP helps make homeownership and home repairs less frightening!
