President Drea and Secretary-Treasurer Devaney joined State Representative Marcus C. Evans, Jr. and members of AFSCME Council 31 to tour the Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center last week. Choate is a vital employer in Southern Illinois and an essential part of Illinois’ continuum of care for people with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
