🎉 What a Day of Solidarity, Training & Celebration! 🎉

What an incredible day at the 2026 Teamsters Local 916 Steward Training, Dinner & Celebration at the Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino in East Peoria!

Our day started with a full day of training, education, and discussion as our stewards came together to sharpen their skills, learn from one another, and prepare to continue standing up for Local 916 members and their contracts. 💪✊

Then we traded the training room for an evening of celebration! 🍽️🏆 We gathered for dinner, recognized some truly outstanding Teamsters, celebrated our Steward of the Year, Advocates of the Year, and Steward Emeritus Award recipients, and enjoyed a great night of entertainment with dueling pianos. 🎹🎶

Most importantly, this celebration was about recognizing the people who step up every day to represent their fellow members. Being a steward isn't always easy, but our Local is stronger because of the dedication, courage, and commitment of these Teamsters.

📸 Take a look through the photos and relive some of the great moments from an unforgettable day and evening!

Thank you to all of our stewards and guests, nominees, award recipients, staff, and everyone who helped make this event such a success.

One Local. One Team. Stronger Together.

💜 Starting the Day by Giving Back! 💜

What a great way to start a day of Teamsters Local 916 events!

Our Local 916 Women’s Committee was up bright and early this past Saturday morning volunteering at registration for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, helping get participants checked in and ready to take those important steps toward a world without Alzheimer’s. 💜

We are proud of our Women’s Committee members for always stepping up to volunteer, support our community, and represent Local 916!

And this was just the beginning of a full day of Teamster pride and celebration — from supporting the Walk to End Alzheimer’s to our Steward Training, Dinner & Celebration, where we came together to recognize the dedication and hard work of our stewards and advocates. Watch for those photos to be posted soon!

One day. One Team. Giving back, standing together, and celebrating the people who make Local 916 strong! 💪💙

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, participated, and helped make the day so special!
