Lauren is a Supervisor, Field Training Instructor with 10 years of service. She is a highly skilled provider whose leadership, mentorship, and commitment to community engagement strengthen Medics First at every level. In addition to delivering outstanding patient care, she serves as a coach and guide for newer clinicians, offering clear instruction, steady support, and high expectations that elevate team performance. Lauren is also deeply involved in community outreach through volunteerism and education, extending the mission of EMS beyond the walls of the station. She is known for advocating for patients and their loved ones, often helping connect them with social resources during difficult moments. Lauren’s dedication, professionalism, and broad impact make her an invaluable asset to Medics First, the community, and the EMS profession.

Ken’s critical thinking skills and clinical ability when managing complex patients is unmatched; yet, he prides himself on being a lifelong learner, absorbing lessons from every patient encounter. He enthusiastically shares his knowledge with students, new employees, and colleagues alike, and fosters a culture of excellence and high performance. Through this teaching and mentorship, Ken has made a lasting, positive impact on Medics First and the community we serve.
