Accommodations include three heated lodges with electricity, kitchens, and fireplaces. Conestoga wagons, and platform tents. Camp Widjiwagan is an exciting place for girls to enjoy a well-rounded Girl Scout experience. Girls will learn new things and grow strong in any session they choose to attend. Day camp allows girls a safe environment to learn new games, make arts and crafts, practice outdoor cooking skills, develop environmental awareness, and, most of all, have fun with new friends and play in the water. Day camp is the perfect starter camp for girls who want to get comfortable in the outdoors and who are interested in exploring new activities close to home. Before and after care is available at all day camps at no additional charge. Lunch and snack are included each day.

Recipe for a fantastic night at camp:

13 Banana split s’mores
11 Cadettes
4 Kayaks
1 High ropes course
Unlimited glow sticks and laughs

Our Adventure after Dark group had a blast on the high ropes course, glowing on the lake, and trying their hand at banana split s’mores. We highly recommend whipped cream to top off your s’mores!🌟🍫

There’s no better way to get colorful at camp than tie-dye. We spent our Wednesday morning making some awesome tie-dye items, with the help of our DCAs. Thanks to everyone who made our last session unforgettable!

The pool is calling, and we must go! Our campers were busy this week. Between our annual Knight’s Action Park trip, water games, the giant slip and slide, fishing, and our usual adventures, we were wiped. See you next week for our final session!💧☀️

Camp Widjiwagan is proud to be the recipient of a fabulous Girl Scout gold award by Leah with Troop 6304! Her project, Hanging Out for Mental Health, focuses on the connection between mental wellness and nature. We are so proud of all the hard work Leah and many troop members and friends have put in to make this project a reality. Our campers are very excited to “hang out” in the hammock village!
