The to***co epidemic is one of the biggest public health threats the world has ever faced. All forms of to***co use are harmful, and there is no safe level of exposure to to***co. Cigarette smoking is the most common form of to***co use worldwide. Other to***co products include waterpipe to***co, ci**rs, cigarillos, heated to***co, roll-your-own to***co, pipe to***co, bidis and kreteks, and smokeless to***co products.

Here is a resource that can help you quit to***co: quityes.org

For some people, asthma is a minor nuisance. For others, it can be a major problem that interferes with daily activities and may lead to a life-threatening asthma attack. Asthma can't be cured, but its symptoms can be controlled. If you or your child experience symptoms such as wheezing, frequent cough, shortness of breath or chest tightness, it is important to see a healthcare provider to determine if the symptoms point to asthma.

Being an effective caregiver is difficult, and to meet the challenge, you need to take care of yourself. Watching a parent age or seeing someone change drastically due to illness can be devastating. Take some time to monitor your own wellbeing. If you are not sleeping well, exercising, or feel yourself becoming reclusive, speak to a professional about depression. It can hit anyone at any time. There's no shame in feeling overwhelmed. Find out more at https://www.knowalz-il.org/
