Summer classes are going well!!
I’m so happy to feel the joy and excitement each week 💜

We are working on putting all of our skills together for an end of summer routine.
This week we worked on a small jump and dance section 💃🏻

Next week we will add stunts and music for an end of summer showcase!!

We’re kicking off a new series that highlights the values at the heart of Champion Force Athletics.

We’re starting with Community.

Because somewhere between the first day nerves and the final performance, something special happens.

Strangers become teammates.
Teammates become friends.
And friends become family.

Long after the bows are packed away and the uniforms no longer fit, it’s the people beside us that we remember most.

Week two of summer skills!!

We refreshed on motions and stunts

We made a short routine for d1/d2 and put it to music
For a little break we played freeze dance 💃🏻

D3/d4 split up into small groups to come up with any routine combination. These included motions, jumps, and stunts 💜
As a fun game we did a handstand contest

First class of summer!!
We went over motions and jumps during d1/d2
We also took a break and had some fun playing duck duck goose

During d3/d4 we went over jumps with counts and tried out some creative stunting
