For students with dyslexia, learning happens best when it’s fun, engaging, and low-pressure. 📚✨ Try these simple summer activities to build reading skills while making memories:

1 in 5 people have dyslexia — yet millions go undiagnosed and unsupported. Dyslexia is NOT a sign of low intelligence. It’s a different way the brain processes language.

Behind every struggling reader is often a child battling:

Hard work truly pays off! We’re so proud of Gus for his incredible progress this school year. 📚👏

Gus’s reading i-Ready score increased by 52 points this year, and after just 6 months of tutoring at SCDL, his scores are on grade-level!

His dedication, perseverance, and positive attitude made all the difference. We’re honored to be part of his journey and can’t wait to see all the amazing things he accomplishes next.
