Let the hacking, begin! Join us for Taps & Hacks a ‘Capture the Flag’ threat hunting experience hosted by Corelight, DTG | Cybersecurity & IT Solutions Provider, and Springfield Tech Council on Thursday, September 17 from 2-5pm. Drinks, food and a friendly hunt will be held at Mother's Brewery.

Put your threat hunting skills to the test and compete head-to-head with your peers in this hands-on simulation. You’ll face dozens of security challenges using Corelight Zeek, simulating real-world incident response and hunting query scenarios. Corelight experts will be on hand to guide players of all skill levels.

Between the August heat and the start of a new school year, Springfield’s tech community came together for a great evening on Wire Road’s new patio.

How the process works:

Keeping Our Humanity in the Age of AI is the topic of our upcoming Learning Over Lunch on Thursday, August 6.

AI is changing how we work faster than most of us can process and with that change comes real fear and uncertainty, whether you're an individual contributor or leading a team. In this session, Jennifer Anderson explores why, as AI takes on more of our tasks, human-to-human connection matters more than ever, not less. AI is a powerful tool, but it can't replace the trust, empathy, and understanding that only people can build with each other.
