Lift Up a Child Fitness Challenge June 6th, 2026! Fitness comp where 100% of ALL funds raised are directly donated to CASA SW MO! Location: Crossfit Republic

A strength-based fitness challenge combining high-intensity WOD's with Olympic lifting and Strongman. 100% of all funds raised are donated to CASA of Southwest Missouri to help end child abuse and neglect. Created and hosted by Royal Barbell CrossFit. Why it matters:
Child abuse and neglect happens every day. It consumes a child’s life, throwing their world into darkness. Fortunately, there are t

hings you can do to help. Will you join us in our fight against child abuse and neglect?

$200 per team. Your registration is a direct donation to CASA of SW MO.. Two person teams, male/male or female/female or coed male/female…The divisions are Intermediate (scaled), or Advanced (Rx). Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable if needed.
