What an incredible week at Springboro Wind Symphony Summer Camp! 🎶

We are so grateful to our fabulous instructors, amazing students, and dedicated staff who made this week such a success. A special thank you to our outstanding camp conductor, Josh Baker, for his leadership and inspiration, and to our special guest, Dr. Scott Edgar, for sharing his expertise and passion with our campers. A very special thank you to Sheila Reynolds and Barb Siler for their dedication and hard work. We truly could not have done this camp without them!

Throughout the week, students grew as musicians, built new friendships, and created wonderful memories through the power of music. Thank you to everyone who helped make this camp such a meaningful and memorable experience.

We can’t wait to see what these talented young musicians accomplish next! 🎵❤️

🏴‍☠️ Ahoy, mateys!

Day 2 of Springboro Wind Symphony Summer Camp was a swashbuckling success as campers celebrated Pirate Day!

In addition to a day full of music, fun, and pirate-themed adventures, our campers had the incredible opportunity to hear a live performance by a professional woodwind quintet from the Springboro Wind Symphony. Students learned about the instruments, listened to beautiful music, and gained valuable insight into ensemble performance from experienced musicians.

A huge thank you to our SWS woodwind quintet members for inspiring the next generation of musicians! We can’t wait to see what treasures tomorrow brings as we continue to unravel the mysteries of music at camp!

SWS Summer Camp 2026 – Day 1!

What an incredible start to our week! Today kicked off our SWS Summer Camp with our camp theme, “Unravel,” as we began exploring music, creativity, friendship, and growth together.

Students showed their school pride during School Spirit Day, representing their schools with enthusiasm and excitement! We spent the day making music, meeting new friends, and beginning the journey of “unraveling” new skills and possibilities.

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store. Stay tuned for daily camp updates!
