A few years ago, we had the opportunity to put on a choir camp for our students at Whispering Winds Campground! The quiet surroundings gave our students space to deepen their faith and grow together. It was a wonderful week full of sacred music, nature, and friendship.

Canticle Summer 2026
What a joy it was to work with fellow church musicians Ashleigh Hecimovich and Rachel Alexander, in Palmer, Alaska!
Here we are celebrating a dream come true and job well done, after leading 70 young singers in a week-long sacred music camp earlier this month.
We are all holding seed packets for “Angel Choir Poppy” seeds, fitting for our shared love of training young voices in the praises of God.
I think I left part of my heart in Alaska. ❤️‍🔥🎶🙏

School was out, but that doesn’t mean we stopped singing! Over the summer, we had plenty of activities and camps for young singers all across the U.S.! 🎶⛪

Canticle Choir Camp in San Diego, Day 2
Things are going so well and so fast, there's hardly any time to post!
Assistant teacher Mr. Jonah leads some of the final session in the loft, which is back in use after a long hiatus. And the parachute is used to show the rise and fall of the melody of the Communion antiphon. See any singers you recognize? (First names only, please and thank you.)
