I had a great day in Franklin, TN at Morning Pointe of Franklin, TN - Assisted Living! Their residents are always so fun and sweet and same goes for the staff! We're so blessed to work with such people!

One of the most powerful moments from our visit to Spring Hill happened during “In The Garden.” ❤️

A sweet resident in memory care sang nearly every word with us in her beautiful high falsetto voice. Moments like this are why Music With Purpose means so much to us… because even when memories fade, music still finds its way through. 🎶

The sweet nursing home residents are SO appreciative to have a time of music, laughter and nostalgia.

I’m honored to team up with & with to help bring music to so many locations.

Manchester, TN… we met a legend yesterday ❤️

Ms. Penny is 89 years old and danced to every single song… start to finish.

At one point she looked at us and said, “Y’all gotta come back… it’s so dead around here!” 😂

That right there is exactly why we do this.

These aren’t just shows… they’re moments. Energy. Connection. Life being brought back into rooms that need it.

We’ll be back, Ms. Penny… you can count on that 💃

We had such a special day in Cairo, GA…

Huge thank you to Summer and the entire staff for welcoming us in and taking such great care of everyone. And a big thank you to Chassidy Tucker for helping make this day happen 💙

The residents were incredible… smiling, laughing, singing along… just fully present with us the entire time.

But after the show, Summer shared something I’ll never forget…

She told me one of the residents hasn’t been communicative in years. During one of the more emotional songs, she looked over and saw that resident crying.

Man…

In 15 years of writing songs, I don’t know that anything has ever meant more to me than hearing that.

That’s why we do this.

Days like this are the reminder that music still reaches places nothing else can… and we’re exactly where we’re supposed to be.

Every visit is special in its own way and while every resident means something to us there are always a few moments that just stick with you… and Ms. Shirley was one of those moments

Watching her sing along, smile, and fully engage with the music was something we won’t forget anytime soon… her joy, kindness, and spirit are exactly why we do what we do

She’s one of so many amazing people we’ve had the honor of meeting through Music With Purpose… and the truth is… it never gets old

These moments matter… and we’re just getting started 🎶
