We will be meet for an informal lunch every SECOND month.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect, share stories, and support each other in a relaxed and friendly setting.

Parkinson’s disease can cause a wide range of non-motor symptoms, such as depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances which is why a change of scenery is so important!
These symptoms can be just as challenging as the motor symptoms, but with the right support, they can be managed effectively.
