Today is National Motivation Day 💗
Motivation is what inspires us to take action—not someday, but today. At Beyond Pink, we’re motivated by early detection, education, and empowering individuals to be proactive about their breast health.

Whether it’s scheduling a screening, learning your baseline, supporting a loved one, or giving back to your community, small steps can lead to life-saving outcomes. Together, we can motivate change, spark awareness, and help prevent breast cancer before it starts.

A quiz: how often should you perform a breast self-check?

Answer:
If you menstruate: A few days after your period stops (around days 3-5 after it starts), when breasts are least swollen/tender.
If postmenopausal: Choose one specific day each month (e.g., the 1st) for consistency.
